Qigong is a type of ancient Chinese breathing exercise . Qigong uses slow and gentle movements which can create huge energy. This energy improves circulation, relieves tension and stress, reduces pain and removes negative emotions, slows down aging and increases longevity, helps develop mental abilities, increases human energy levels bringing greater healing abilities.
